Twelve botanicals give the Bombay Sapphire Star of Bombay Gin its complex notes. In addition to the classic Bombay Sapphire botanicals such as lemon peel, coriander, angelica and pepper, the gin now also contains ambretta seeds and bergamot. This makes the Star of Bombay Gin a level more interesting and complex. In addition, the Bombay creation with its 47.5 volume percent is an extremely strong gin, which nevertheless remains pleasant and harmonious and knows how to inspire with its intensity and balance.

Tasting Notes

Nose: surprisingly intense, with a pleasantly gentle note of juniper, impressions of citrus fruits and spices

Palate: Well balanced and harmonious, with a nice complexity, again gentle juniper notes, citrus notes, as well as a whole range of different spice notes.
