Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh lemons, earthy peat smoke, vanilla, malt and barley sugar hit the nose first. This is followed by notes of creamy chocolate, exotic coconut, sweet toffee, some ash, aromatic peat smoke and honey.
Palate: The palate is extremely complex and versatile. Discover aromas of malted barley sugar, intense peat smoke, spicy oak, ripe apricots, sticky honey, some straw and sweet nut nougat. In the background there are mineral notes with earthy smoke, juicy pears and orange peel.
Finish: The opulent and seemingly endless finale brings forth fresh garden herbs, salted caramel and delicate peat smoke.
