ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This Distillery Collection No. 2 Barbet Rum was first introduced in fall 2017 as one of two limited edition rums from Diplomático. This collection is named for the various types of stills used by the brand to produce its rums.

The Barbet column still is a continuous still first brought to the distillery from France in 1959. This rum matured in American oak barrels which previously held bourbon and whisky. Each bottle is numbered with the date of distillation listed.
