For the production 27 herbs, plants and spices like gentian, saffron, myrrh, camomile, elderflower etc. are used.
They give Fernet-Branca its powerful natural and at the same time spicy taste. For over a year Fernet-Branca is stored in handmade oak barrels in old cellar vaults of the traditional building.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Soft, herbs, hints of myrrh.
Taste: Balsamic, bitter herbal aromas, spices, tannins.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet plant and floral notes.
