Tasting Notes

Nose: Clear, dense clouds of smoke, carried by notes of maritime salt and seaweed, fruity sweetness, malt and soft notes of sherry lurk behind them.
Palate: Dense and oily body with another powerful attack of peat smoke, again the Atlantic salt, sherry sweetness, grassy notes and wood spice
Finish: enormously long, smoky finish
