As early as 1890, Luigi Rossi’s son set out to create a vermouth with a completely new character.
But as a perfectionist par excellence (just like his father), it was not until ten years later that he had found a recipe he was satisfied with – and which became a legend as Extra Dry.

Tasting notes:
Clear in the glass. Aromas of raspberries, lemons and a hint of iris on the nose. Herbal and citrus notes on the palate with fruity raspberry extracts.

Grape varieties: Trebbiano, Catarratto.
