Mozart Chocolate Cream Gold Likör 17% vol. 0,70l to Austria

A cuvée of the cocoa varieties Forastero and Trinitario, specially produced for the Mozart Distillery, is intensively blended with high-proof fine brandy and stored. After the cocoa has been completely settling, the clarified cocoa maceration, which has been freed from cloudy substances, can be skimmed off. This high-quality product is then partly processed into the finished product and partly distilled before further processing (cocoa distillate).
