The dark chocolate liqueur is made from 87% pure cocoa maceration and fine dark chocolate. Bourbon vanilla and vanilla macerate give the liqueur a special note.
The cocoa comes from West Africa and is a mixture of the Forastero and Trinitario varieties. The 30-day maceration of the cocoa beans and the bourbon vanilla in sugar brandy, contribute significantly to the taste. A small part of the cocoa maceration is stored in wooden barrels to give the Dark Chocolate its final touch.
Nose: Tart, smoky, dark chocolate.
Taste: Bittersweet, vanilla, caramel, fine cocoa.
Finish: Long-lasting, bitter and sweetish.
