The roots of the ginseng plant have a slightly golden colour, which is where the name comes from.

Nose: Clean, sweet, notes of honey, meadow herbs, hints of vanilla.
Taste: Balanced, soft, sweet, notes of pepper.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, tart.
