This vodka was first produced in St. Petersburg in 1894, under imperial decree.
The scientist Mendeleev created the most luxurious vodka from the finest winter wheat and the softest glacier water to achieve exceptional smoothness and clarity.
Filtration through quartz crystals from the Ural Mountains further refines this original recipe.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Elegant, notes of anise, vanilla, fresh citrus aromas.
Taste: Slightly creamy, balanced, anise, vanilla, citrus, cereal, touch of pepper.
