The Monkey 47 Sloe Gin is produced in addition to the 47 existing botanicals mostly from hand-picked blackthorn. Care is taken during production to ensure that fresh blackthorn and no concentrates are used. The Monkey 47 Sloe Gin matures for 3 months in earthenware barrels.

Tasting notes
Colour: red, cloudy.
Nose: Lavender, notes of citrus fruits.
Taste: Bitter, sweet, herbs, lavender.
Finish: Long-lasting.
